Feature request: Save context after PR review, ready for action

Hello! When sweep creates a PR review could be great to do two things:

  1. Check those that are good ideas, and add them to the PR as tasks. Sweep already has the context so why no reusing it instead of starting from scratch?
    A button at the end and one checkbox per issue could be great to pack them.

  2. For those things that make no sense, we could also have a :x: button. We could explain why he is wrong and ideally this could be use for future cases to make sweep smarter

Hey @loic-blitz, number 2 sounds like it would make a lot of sense, it would also be an easy way to clean up bad reviews. Can you clarify what you mean by the first one? Do you mean like to spin off an issue that can fix the proposed bad logic? Thanks.
